Eric Andersen, ‘Bout Changes & Things, 1966 on Vanguard. I think this title would work well for an autobiography. Andersen was part of the Greenwich Village folk scene in the 60s and later joined Ruck Danko of The Band in Danko/Fjeld/Andersen. Best know composition here is probably “Thirsty Boots”
