The Boston Vegetarian Food Festival (truly it’s almost entirely a vegan food festival – though each year it seems at least one vendor manages to push the edge of that definition) is an experience not to be missed: tons of organizations and activists to meet, loads of new companies and products to discover, a wealth of great speakers, and lots of free samples.
It can all be a bit overwhelming, packing the Reggie Lewis Athletic Center seemingly beyond capacity – but I wouldn’t miss it.
This year (2009 that is), it will be 2 days – Saturday October 31st and Sunday November 1st – same location. Thanks to the Boston Vegetarian Society for continuing to run this festival – I look forward to the fall.
