Dyno Records in Newburyport – great selection of both new vinyl and vintage.
Vinyl Destination in Lowell, MA – also part of Mill No. 5 which has semi-annual record fairs with multiple vendors. I’ve picked up lots of great records every time I’ve made the trip.
AnnTiques Antiques in Ipswich. Again, not a full on record store but with a separate record room with lots of gems. You have to be a bit more cautious on condition but the pricing reflects that.

A few other north of Boston options:
