I’m a huge fan of Gerry Mulligan, from his days with Miles Davis and Chet Baker and all the various quartets and orchestras. This is Mulligan with Bob Brookmeyer (valve trombone), Bill Crow (bass), and Gus Johnson (drums), recorded in 1962.
