The Replacements live at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee June 2nd, 1989, which was not officially released on vinyl until 2020. Liner notes by Bob Mehr, whose bio of the band, Trouble Boys, was published in 2016.

Great sound – via a soundboard feed – of a compelling live show with the band not too drunk to perform. They had a reputation for a combustible (and combustion-prone) live show, but this one burns without exploding.

My copy—via private sale—is the 3xLP Record Store Day limited edition from 2020, pressed at Record Industry with lacquers cut by Chris Bellman (which I think is still the only edition).
