Sophomore album from Carole King (her debut album was called Writer), this album is often cited on shortlists of the greatest albums of all time. It was produced by Lou Adler, and won four grammy awards in 1972. It’s been certified 14x platinum.

You can find a copy of Rumours in just about any record store, but they ought to have a bunch of copies of this too.

My copy—via Music Heals in Palm Springs, CA—is a Monarch Pressing on the ODE labels without the 7 in front of their logo (which was to celebrate their relaunch in 1970 and was phased out in 1971).
